Kosovo is a young country located in the heart of the Balkans. It's home to beautiful mountains and numerous medieval churches.

The Kosovan flag features a blue background with a yellow map of Kosovo and six white stars. The stars represent the main ethnic groups that make up Kosovo.

One of the youngest countries in Europe, Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia in 2008. Its capital, Pristina, is developing into a modern city, full of youthful energy.

While Kosovo's independence is not yet universally recognized, the country is striving for cultural diversity and economic development. It boasts a unique cultural blend, particularly with its coexistence of Ottoman-era architecture and Serbian Orthodox heritage.
